Our icing is a meringue with real butter incorporated. For chocolate icing lovers, we use ganache - a blend of pure chocolate and cream.
We also offer cream cheese icing and chocolate mocha fudge icing.
Specialty Notes
Dessert Designs offers dairy-free cakes by special order. Devil's Food Cake made with non-dairy creamer and iced with fluffy peppermint, raspberry, or vanilla icing. We also offer flourless Chocolate Truffle Cake iced with chocolate ganache for those in need of a gluten-free cake.
